Narrator is opposing two police officers in this story

 Both the police officers did not spare even the deceased due to their corrupt mind.

A dead body was lying near a chinar tree at poshmarag there were two police stations near by but the police officers of both the stations were corrupt to handle the case for their own benefit. They were fighting for it. finally reached an agreement where the head of body lied. the dead body will be in that police officer case.

 The narrator was talking to a police officer.

Police officer says yes, I can't understand these matters or I am too sensitive. He was admiring himself.

 If any accident happen who is responsible.

Police officer light a cigrate and within some minutes the whole room was full with smoke. Smoke was now coming out from the window.

Narrter thought  smoker ruin his health and even harm the others also.

 Why didn't do so after all he is a mindless police officer. Instead of doing his duty he is smoking.

 The police officer turn to Narrator and said, it's not the body but it is the question of the head. 

The dead body was at Poshmag near chinar tree, there were two police stations and a dead body was lying in the centre of the two police stations, where both policemen used to fight each other to handle the case,
And police officer says to Narrter , no one can fool me, I have 30 years of experience in this field.
The narrator calls them mites which are the blood Suckers.
calls to them in two walls if any one will be trapped in between these two walls he can't save himself,even a dead body was thrown in between these two walls and they didn't allow people to bury.
Narrter admire the police officer. He told him that you are efficient and honest police officer. You can solve the case of dead body easily.
The police officer replied that it is the fault of informer. He inform both police stations that dead body is in between the two police stations. He should have to inform me only.
Then i was responsible to solve the case.
Now we order again for reinvestigation weather head of the dead body lied on my police station or another police station. But no one is responding
our oreder for it. Actually informer are not doing their duty properly.They are responsible for this problem.
We are doing our duty very well.
When we receive investigation report we will sove the case as early as possible.
Untill the dead body will be there on the road.
